He saved us through the washing of rebirth.
But the fruit of the Spirit is … goodness …
Gal 5Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children … Eph 5 ⦿ “… Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” Mt 5 ⦿ “Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.”

He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior … Titus 3 ⦿ The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made. Ps 145 ⦿ He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
